    The Mattz Group at Keller Williams Preferred Realty is in search of a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist in accomplishing our upcoming 2019 goals. With 30+ years in the real estate industry, James Mattz and The Mattz Group are continually in the 1% of Top Producing real estate groups in the Orland Park office. We are currently made up of 1 lead listing agent, 3 buyer agents, and a full administrative staff and growing regularly. We have high goals for our 2019 and are looking for the perfect person to assist us in reaching them. Are you up for the challenge?

     

    Who we are looking for:

    • Illinois Real Estate License Required or In Process
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
    • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts
    • Dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
    • Passionate about selling
    • Independent and self-motivated
    • Decisive and proactive
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
    • Impeccable phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
    • Ability to use and quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
    • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
    • Proven leadership and motivational skills

     

    General Responsibilities:

    • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
    • Develop business opportunities within specific geographies served by our team
    • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries
    • Outbound calling and email communications
    • Coordination and scheduling of buyer and seller opportunities
    • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments
    • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert into appointments
    • Follow scripts to deliver our team value proposition and handle objections
    • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to agents

     

    Knowledge in the Following Programs Preferred:

    • Google (Drive, Calendar, Voice, Docs, and Gmail)
    • Trello
    • BoomTown
    • Vulcan7
    • Mojo

    This is an in-office role located in Orland Park, IL.  Position is salary plus commission.
