    Client Care/Transaction Assistant Wanted for Top Producing Real Estate Team
    The Mattz Group at Keller Williams Preferred Realty – Orland Park, IL

    The Mattz Group at Keller Williams Preferred Realty is in search for an experienced, tech-savvy Transaction Manager requiring minimal training to join our team. With 30 years in the real estate industry, James Mattz and The Mattz Groupare continually in the 1% of Top Producing real estate groups in the Orland Park office. We are currently made up of 1 lead listing agent, 3 buyer agents, 2 outside sales agents, and a full administrative staff but growing regularly. We have high goals for our 2018 and are looking for the perfect person to assist us in reaching them. Are you up for the challenge?

    General Responsibilities:

    • Arrive promptly to the Orland Park office by 8am for morning power up and start of day
    • Work directly with all parties to guide all through the transaction from listing to close
    • Retrieving feedback from buyer agents who have shown our listings
    • Handling Attorney Review, Inspection, Appraisal, and Closing
    • Communicate with clients daily and weekly, continually keeping them informed of feedback for listed properties and status of pending transactions
    • Be point of contact for all client inquiries and complaints relative to active and pending transactions
    • Keep agents and team members informed of any problems or issues needing to be handled
    • Communicate with co-op agents, attorneys, and lenders as necessary
    • Prepare commission statements and green sheets for the office
    • Coordinate removal of lockboxes and signage
    • Arrange check pick up after closing
    • Collect testimonials from all clients prior to closing
    • Make quick and effective decisions, solve problems and remain confidential when needed
    • Assist team members to maintain an organized workflow and reduce inefficiencies

    This position is full time and in-office at our Orland Park location.
